"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbors children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived."

Ramblings from 2 months

Thaddeus had a kindergarten program at school.  They sang mixed up versions of "over in the meadow" and did actions.  Each animal was represented with different colored shirts, he had 4 on! This is the group of ants :) He was also a bee and a dragon fly and a firefly (they had flashlights and held them on their backs to be like fireflies :) )

I've been making baby soft shoes to sell.  They are fun, and easy!

Grace was baptized, crazy!  She has been learning a lot about the Spirit since!

Grant Barbecued chicken and veggies for mother's day, I love watching my man grill!

Grace got a friend birthday part this year, they had a blast!

They decorated tiara shaped sugar cookies, and made feather pens, fancy!

Thaddeus made snack one day, those are banana chips and craisins and a granola bar, pretty tasty!

Ephraim can stack dice, what a fine motor skill!
